A honey-processed microlot from the Marcala denomination of origin, where mucilage is left on the bean during drying to layer in extra sweetness and body. Expect panela sugar, dried apricot and toasted almond with a vanilla finish. Beautifully balanced for both espresso and filter — try it as a cortado to amplify the caramelised sweetness.
