Grown on steep slopes in the Los Santos region and pulped with most of the mucilage left intact before slow drying on raised beds. The honey process gives this Tarrazú a rounded sweetness and gentle body — clear orange acidity, a honeyed mid-palate and a soft almond note on the finish. Clean, structured and very Costa Rican.
