A roastery that talks like a bar
Trends Coffee started behind a sample roaster and now lives between a roastery, a café and an academy — one craft, three rooms.
The long version
We started because the cup we wanted wasn't on any shelf.
In 2019, two friends with too much opinion and one borrowed sample roaster spent a year buying every green coffee they could afford and pulling shots until the neighbours complained.
What started as weekend pop-ups turned into a café in Madhapur, then a 12 kg roastery, then a dealership for the machines we use ourselves. Today, we're a small team — roasters, baristas, trainers — building the kind of coffee company we wanted to buy from.
Single-origin bags with the farmer's name on them. Machines we'd bet our own bar on. Training that respects your time. And a café in Hyderabad where you can sit down, taste before you buy, and ask the dumb questions out loud.
What we stand for
Four principles we won't bend on.
Direct trade, named farms
Every single origin we roast can be traced back to a farm and a season. No anonymous lots, no mystery blends sold as story.
Small batch, by hand
Roasted in 12 kg batches, profile by profile. The roastmaster cups every drop before it makes it to a bag.
Built for the working bar
We only carry equipment we would put behind our own counter — La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Eureka, Compak.
Hospitality first
Cafés are people businesses. Our training, service and after-sales exist to make the people behind the bar look good.
